More complete is one of my favorite hair thickener, next to My Secret Hair Enhancer. The cost is a bit 'more, but more ounces. I used Toppik for a while 'and found that all Spencer Forrest products are of high quality. It rinses easily and does not smell. My hair is rather thin on the crown on the head and covers very well, and lasts about a month. I highly recommend this!
