My boyfriend is frequent headaches. I bought this mask to search only if it would work. They fell in love with her. She swears that is the best thing ever to help ease his pain. I ordered a second, so you have more time away from useful. If you put it in the freezer, it becomes very difficult and not well adapted to the face. But as soon as it warms up a bit 'starts the fitting to the face. You can just put in the fridge and it is also nice and fresh,but it certainly works is frozen for a long time.
