This is great if headache or back pain and neck pain. And 'good warmed in the microwave and it is much better than those products that are filled with rice or seeds. It has no smell "weird" as semen filled. Nice weight of the product conforms to the body very well. I gave this book to my sister and my father, and both love it too. We recommend if you're hot for something that is well done and can try and cold compresses can be used.
